For three years, Alex Lindbloom has been filming and photographing his way through Indonesia. From Bali to Komodo, through the Banda Sea, the fabled Spice Islands and into Raja Ampat – and this video brings the very best of them right to your screen.
What do you need to know about Indonesia? Well, according to Alex:
“The Indonesian archipelago with this seventeen-thousand plus islands, is host to the most bio-diverse oceans in the world. In Raja Ampat for example, one reef can be home to more species of fish than the entire Caribbean Ocean. It quite literally has it all, from whales of various species to oceanic and reef mantas, to the abstract benthic critters like the stargazer and industrious coconut octopus. Oh yeah, and just about every island is a volcano and three meter carnivorous lizards roam the beaches.”
